Returns & Refunds policy

Return Window We offer a 7-day window from delivery to report issues with your order. This is NOT a standard return policy — all sales are final. The 7-day window is only for reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect items as outlined below. No Refunds or Cancellations All sales are final for pre-order items. Once your order is placed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations as production has already begun.

Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused at customs or abandoned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we are unable to issue a refund for the order, including original shipping costs. Duties and import taxes are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@Yiistep.com with:

• Photos of the damaged item

Photos of the shipping packaging

• Your order number

Condition: Items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tag

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Exchanges We do not offer size or color exchanges for pre-order items. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you 5-7 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
